Return and Warranty Policy

Overview

We offer a 14 calendar day return policy. Within this window a product can be returned for a full refund.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Build-to-order or personalised goods cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Warranty

Our products come with a 2 year warranty. Only items that have fabrication defects or become disfunctional through regular use are eligible for warranty. Products that are defective through user induced damage are excluded from warranty.

Shipping returns

Return information will be provided once the refund / warranty claim has been submitted and approved.

The shipping costs for shipping products back are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the user.
